2003 The first volunteers of the European Volunteering service
2007 Signing the European Chart for Exchanges, Development and Cooperation by 40 towns
2007-2010 Implementation of activities with International Partners and Youth organizations

Exchanges : to promote exchanges, relationships with people and groups from different countries and create permanent friendship for all generations
Solidarity: to promote activities in a commun and solidar approach with our partners
Opening - up: to open our activities and our partnership without any exclusion
